Chasing Waterfalls: Tuasan Falls in Catarman, Camiguin

I Wander Philippines continues her journey in chasing waterfalls, and after Katibawasan Falls, we then visited Tuasan Falls located in Catarman Camiguin Island. Tuasan Falls is much far than Katibawasan Falls. About 2 kilometers from the main Camiguin highway. With the opening of a new cement road, it’s now accessible to most travelers who want mountain climbing.

Tuasan Falls is also amazing as Katibawasan Falls. Not much high but Tuasan Falls has thick flowing water. The water level was so deep especially from the center up to the boundary line. It’s not advisable to go near the waterfall due to the strong current. And a lot of lifeguards are watching the area.

They don’t offer lifevest so you must be very careful swimming in Tuasan Falls. If you don’t know how to swim, avoid the center and the boundary line. Katibawasan Falls is much safer to kids.

I like Tuasan Falls more because it’s enchanting. Although all waterfalls are enchanting to me lol. And both waterfalls are easy to visit, suitable for youngster and oldies. But I do prefer those waterfalls located in the middle of the forest. More enchanting.
