Acrophobia or fear of heights, do you have that? Well, if you don’t, then you must try this skywalk extreme in Cebu City and if ever you got acrophobia, well, I guess experiencing Skywalk Extreme and Edge Coaster will be the most pretty way to overcome your fear, ha! Kidding! Staying a couple of days in Cebu City, we have done a lot of things, adventures and mall tours and this is one of the activities we had.

Sky Experience Adventure is located on the 37th floor of Crown Regency Hotel & Towers, Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City
From Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (CEB)
Via Taxi, show them the address Tower 1, Fuente Towers, Osmeña Boulevard, Sta. Cruz, Cebu City.
Local Transport – Shuttle Bus
- Take a shuttle from the airport to SM City Cebu first.
- Then from SM City, take a jeepney that goes toward Fuente, Osmeña Boulevard
- Get off near Osmeña Boulevard
- Walking distance to Crown Regency Hotel or take a tricycle
Local Transport – PUJ
- If you are already in Cebu City near Colon, Ayala, Robinsons Fuente, Mango Avenue, etc., you can take a jeepney with signage “Fuente” or “Osmeña” that passes Osmeña Boulevard or Fuente Osmeña Circle
- Get off near Osmeña Boulevard
- Walking distance to Crown Regency Hotel or take a tricycle

Activities to Try in Crown Regency Cebu City
Skywalk Extreme – Sky Experience Adventure

We first tried the Skywalk Extreme in Crown Regency Hotel and Towers. Crown Regency Hotel has 37 floors and it is the tallest hotel in Cebu City. From the 37th floor is where we are about to experience sky adventure.
When we got there, the staff were so accommodating, I let him handle my camera so that he could take pictures for us. It was indeed breathtaking outside, especially at night. You can see almost whole Cebu City. There’s a guitar shape highway fronting the Crown Regency Hotel when you look down. A best experience and you must try it too.
Going back to Skywalk Extreme, it’s not literally you’ll swing on the edge facing the ground from the 37th floor, that’s really what I am expecting when we plan to try Skywalk Extreme but then you’ll just have to pass the subway outside wearing a body harness. It’s not really that scary – good for the heart as they’ve said.
Edge Coaster – Sky Experience Adventure
The second sky adventure ride we experienced was the Edge Coaster. Where all you need to do is to sit on the coaster with a body harness locked. When the engine starts, the coaster will pull half down which makes you lean facing downwards. It’s a scary feeling because it seems like you’ll be falling. Then you have the control to take it back to normal position or to elevate it again until you reach the next corner. It’s just a 10-15 minute Edge Coaster ride.
A total of Php750.00 to experience Skywalk Extreme and Edge Coaster with souvenirs and certificates. There are photographers that will take pictures while you enjoy the rides. Each picture will cost Php200.00. It’s up to you if you’ll get those pictures.

They had this observation deck where you can try for free. You can view a closer clear look of the city. A must try if you get there.
Travel Tips
- Try to commute and feel like a local in Cebu. It is best so you can get familiarized the city routes more
- Prepare yourself, if you don’t like heights, then do not do this
Conclusion
It might look scary when the seat flips you and tilts you downwards facing the lower ground while you are from the very top of the building. For me, it sounds fun and cool! It is a must try when you are in Cebu City.
